Automatic Confidentiality & NDA By submitting an inquiry or project materials to Writeler Co., a binding confidential relationship is established. We agree:

  • To never disclose your research, identity, or materials to any third party.

  • That you retain 100% ownership of all Intellectual Property submitted.

  • All staff and research coaches are bound by internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

    • To process payments and issue receipts.

    • To ensure the security of our communications.

      Data Retention and Deletion

      • Consultation Data: If you do not proceed with a project, your files are deleted after 30 days.

      • Completed Projects: We retain project files for 60 days after delivery to allow for revisions, after which they are permanently deleted from our primary staging folders.

      • Financial Records: Transaction logs are kept as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
